On March 20th get
your Golden(s) and meet us in McDowell Mountain Regional Park
for a hike! We will be hiking the Lousley Hill Trail ,a 2.4 mile
loop (steep for the last bit). The hike will take about 1 hour
(less for those younger dogs) and within the McDowell Mountain
Park are many trails if your dog says more, more! For the more
leisurely minded, the Nursery Tank Trail is right next door for
an easier stroll, 1.2 mile round trip with level ground.
The trail is inside
McDowell Mountain Regional Park, just three miles north of
Fountain Hills. From the park’s main gate, follow the road 4.8
miles to Lousley Drive South. Lousley Hill Trail is the second
trailhead along the road (Nursery Tank is the first). We will
meet at the Trailhead at 9AM.
